This reading group is held in Spanish and looks at Spanish and Latin-American Contemporary Women Writers. The Group has been meeting since 2009 when it started as part of the Centre for the Study of Contemporary Women's Writing (CCWW) Spanish Seminars at the University of London.
Texts to be discussed by Lectoras together with the students.

Matilde Gallardo will present "Un Amor" by the Spanish writer Sara Mesa (1976).

Carmen Malaree will present "Cuentos Escogidos" by Marta Brunet (Chile -
1897-1967), recipient of the 1961 National Prize of Literature.
